The Account Executive - Inbound will play an important role in managing our existing book of business for our seasonal product of our Great Crested Newt (GCN) testing kits, managing inbound lead enquiries, as well as identifying new and broader business opportunities for our wider eDNA services.

Account Executive, Inbound – The Role

  • Triage & nurture high quality GCN and other leads coming into the business & close non-enterprise, transactional deals.
  • Building relationships with our GCN clients and maximising sales in this area through a range of different means.Collaborate with colleagues to develop/manage wider eDNA sales opportunities.
  • Play a key role in nurturing early-stage lead opportunities & processing smaller, transactional sales.
  • Feed insights back into Product, Sales & Marketing to ensure we continue meet customer requirements.
  • Attend events relating to GCN and eDNA to build our profile.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction & identify opportunities for improvement.

Account Executive, Inbound – About You

  • Experience of working in client organisations or consulting.
  • A passion for the environment
  • Keen interest in supporting clients in delivering the most effective & robust biodiversity monitoring.
  • Ambition to put your environmental skills to effective use in a business context.
  • Experience working on environmental impact assessment projects. 
  • Good at nurturing relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
